Things I love
Dogs
I have always grown up with dogs, so I like them a lot. My dog right now is a beagle doberman mix (at least we think it is). He is very sweet and his name is Woody.
Books
I love to read. I was originally an English major before I realized I would never get a job. I like many books, mostly fiction. A lot of English majors are kind of pretentious. I really hate Shakespeare and I think Moby Dick is a very boring novel. Just because it's considered a classic, doesn't mean it's good. I also have a vendetta against Henry David Thoreau. I really like Hemingway and Kazuo Ishiguro though, and I also like cheesy romance books.
Foods
I, like many others, enjoy food. I think it is one of the great luxuries in life. I love pizza a lot. My favorite places are Mellow Mushroom and Fully Loaded. I also like Italian food and sushi and Mexican food and I like cocktails. My favorite drink is basic but classic: mimosas.

- All the homework I have to do today but might not do today becuase I'd rather go on a walk with my friend.
- This is a stressful week with many due dates and also my birthday week so I hope I have enough time to do everything!
- I have to go film b-roll tomorrow at a Mardi Gras event and I am very nervous for it.

Things I HATE
Winter
I hate the winter. I don't like being cold because it is very uncomfortable and I hate shivering. I think the idea of winter is nice with hot chocolate and blankets and snow, but the reality of winter is darkness and rain and mild discomfort. It makes me want to never leave my house. Also, I hate winter clothes.
Cats
I don't have a problem with cats, but they are just not for me. I think they're fun to pet for a few minutes but then they're just kind of mean and annoying. They don't cuddle like dogs, their nails are always long and sharp, they all look kind of mean and they just don't bring me the same kind of joy that dogs do. I think they are significantly less cute.
Driving
Driving sucks so much I hate it. I am a bad driver. I zone out and get distracted too easily and I'd rather just tap my heels and get somewhere instead of wasting time in the car. Also, gas is way too expensive. I hate that it takes like 10+ minutes of driving to get anywhere in Athens. Driving makes me anxious and it is dangerous. As a woman, I think I shouldn't be required to drive.
